Everything stopping - the quiet, the peace, the rest - the pause. We don't work at it, in fact it's the easiest thing to do and the thing we look most forward to all week! I love the perspective Bob. It sure spoke to me :) Having just spent my first Shabbat back in Israel, I was reminded once again off all that Shabbat really is, and why we all love it so much!! I've become much more accustomed and eager to drive in silence, and to run without music, and to just sit in the quietness. When I am quiet, He has room to talk.
