Bob, this posting and new website is wonderful to see. I kinda chuckle when I hear people’s take on change, especially after going through training that noted that 70% of most people really really don’t like change… and also learning that I’m in the 5% that thinks “if it ain’t broke, let’s break it!” (All in the name of making it better, of course.)

So, kudos to you, my friend. Even though in your earlier posting you talked about a place away from Facebook, I just referenced your “Change” posting on a Facebook Group called HISG Starfish Community. Searching on Facebook for “HISG Starfish Community” should allow anyone on Facebook to find it. I said nice things about you there.

Change used to be a scary thing for me. Until I realized who is in charge of my world. It is freeing to know I can rest in His faithfulness.

So true Bob. In a world of control the only solice we have as Christians is to let go. Stewardship is important, but listening is essential.
